A Cooking Class for Health right before the holidays!

Whether you are vegan, plant-curious, or simply looking to add more wholesome options to your table, you will go away with recipes and confidence to change up a few meals in your home!

On the MENU

  • Lebanese Green Beans
  • Special-T Loaf
  • Au Gratin Potatoes
  • Greek Salad
  • Spelt Rosemary Garlic Focaccia
  • Dessert (haven't decided yet so it'll be a suprise!)

After Lunch

We will take a little digestion walk outside weather permitting (bring your coats), do some light health bouncing on the rebounder, visit and If you would like to experience the SAUNA bring your swimwear and we will provide robes and towels.

This should be a fun experience where you go away feeling refreshed!
